I’ve never had the privilege to meet him, but Danny Franks is a church rockstar, owning. the intersection of Gospel hospitality and customer service in the church. Back in 2017, he wrote a post on labels. According to Facebook memories, I shared it 4 years ago today. Now, I share it with you, with a tweak for our world.
He’s writing in the context of leadership labels- which is incredibly insightful. But for those of us in the adoption/foster care/mental health world, this is super incredibly insightful.
